Based in Langhorne Creek, South Australia, Newmans is a true Farm to Home Chef business dating back to the beginning of the last century.
For the Home Chef, horseradish is often overlooked in recipes. A pity as it is a spectacular condiment, adding zippy flavours to seafood, poultry and above all, roast beef. For recipes check out: www.horseradish.org,au /recipes
A must try is a simple sandwich of Roast Beef with Horseradish Cream. Mix the horseradish with creme fraiche or mayonnaise to your taste and spread over the roast beef - maybe adding a little Dijon mustard if you like.
Using bread of your choice, best quality roast beef and fresh rocket you will have a memorable sandwich !
Note: The many commercial horseradish bottled products available are a pale imitation of the real thing. From our own experience you will be disappointed unless you find a genuine product.
