Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 x Tablespoons capers. Rinsed

  • 2 x Tablespoons cornichons - finely diced

  • 1 x Medium onion - finely grated

  • 1 x Cup good quality mayonnaise

  • 2 x Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

  • 1 x Teaspoon white wine vinegar

  • 1/2 x Teaspoon white pepper

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate ready for use
