Chicken Breast with Chilli & Spice Seasoning
500g x Chicken breast
Plain flour
1/4 x Cup olive oil
30g Unsalted Butter
4 x Teaspoons Chilli & Spice Seasoning
Salt to your taste or special diet
Ingredients for Chilli & Spice Natural Seasoning: Crushed Chilli Flakes, Ground Cumin, Thyme, Oregano, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Aleppo Chilli Pepper
First essential, the chicken breast must be totally dry. Now, slice the chicken breast into strips no less than 4-5cm at widest part then spread the flour onto a dinner plate and liberally mix with the Chilli & Spice Seasoning and Salt.
Next lightly coat your chicken strips with olive oil an roll into the seasoned flour untill fully covered then heat your pan to medium hot and add the olive oil. Then when the olive oil starts to smoke, add the seasoned chicken and carefully brown on all sides until crunchy and firm - about 5 minutes.
Important: Take care not to burn yourself with the hot oil
