Danish Meat Balls with a Classic Onion Based Sauce

Ingredients

  • The Danish Meatballs

  • 300g x Beef - best quality

  • 300g x Pork mince - best quality

  • 1 x Medium/large onion, very finely minced

  • .

  • 3 x Garlic cloves, very finely minced

  • Breadcrumbs

  • 1 x Egg

  • To order the natural Moroccan Spice Seasoning go to SPICE SEASONING

  • The Sauce

  • 1 x Medium onion – minced

  • 3 x Garlic cloves – minced

  • 1 x Cup best home made style chicken stock

  • 1/3 x Cup dry white wine

  • 2 x Tablespoons plain flour

  • 1 x Teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 x Teaspoon dried sage

  • 1/4 x Teaspoon black pepper

  • Salt to your taste or special diet

Preparation

Stir to blend everything together, cook over a medium heat for 20 minutes to reduce a little then place the meatballs into the sauce, allow to warm through and serve with Arborio rice. Awesome !
