Danish Meat Balls with a Classic Onion Based Sauce

The Danish Meatballs
300g x Beef - best quality
300g x Pork mince - best quality
1 x Medium/large onion, very finely minced

3 x Garlic cloves, very finely minced
Breadcrumbs
1 x Egg

The Sauce
1 x Medium onion – minced
3 x Garlic cloves – minced
1 x Cup best home made style chicken stock
1/3 x Cup dry white wine
2 x Tablespoons plain flour
1 x Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 x Teaspoon dried sage
1/4 x Teaspoon black pepper
Salt to your taste or special diet
Stir to blend everything together, cook over a medium heat for 20 minutes to reduce a little then place the meatballs into the sauce, allow to warm through and serve with Arborio rice. Awesome !
