The Creole Blackened Spice Seasoning, originally used to give a spice coating for fish, it is now widely used for chicken and pork with really exciting flavours from the American South !
This blend uses medium chilli flakes rather than the hot Cayenne Peppers that we found often over powered the dish. You will now have gentle heat with wonderful flavours.
Ingredients: Thyme, Oregano, Paprika, Cumin, Coriander, Sumac, Onion, Garlic, Basil, Tomato, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper.
